Connect your store
Install the Laropa app on Shopify, the plugin on WooCommerce, or use our API. No replatforming.

Choose the products
You decide what can be tried on. Those products get the Try On toggle; everything else checks out as usual.

Pack, seal, hand over
Scan the items, seal the bag, mark it ready. A Laropa courier collects it. We handle the door, the try-on and the returns.
What changes
A return becomes a decision at the door.
The shopper decides while the courier waits, so what isn’t kept never becomes a shipped-and-returned parcel.
- No refunds to process. Only what’s kept is ever charged.
- No return labels or parcels to chase.
- Your Shopify order is edited to what was kept and settled automatically.
- Returns come back sealed and scanned, for your inspection.
Your goods
Sealed and scanned at every handover.
Every bag is sealed and every tag carries a Laropa security seal. Each item is scanned when it leaves you, at the door and when it comes back. A cut seal means the item was kept.
What it costs
Commission only on what shoppers keep.
Nothing kept, no commission. Delivery fees are agreed per store — you choose whether the shopper pays them, you do, or you split them.
